We offer mysore morning and evening classes , led ashtanga vinyasa yoga, beginners ashtanga , and pregnancy yoga
All our classes are small groups (maximun 16 people) so you get direct and regular attention from a teacher. Check our schedule and come to any of our yoga classes, no need to book in advance!.
For beginners in ashtanga yoga, we have an special rate of €15 for one week
Please note that there are no mysore classes on the moon days.
